It's now late summer here in the PNW and I, for one, feel like summer just started. We've been pretty moderate here with only a few days over 90 degrees thus far. Now that we've covered meteorology the point of this whole blog post is to say that I'm happy to report for the second year in a row I'll be in wine country over Labor Day. This year we'll be in California's Santa Barbara county. We've got a wine club to pick up, food at Los Olivos Cafe and Hitching Post II to eat, wines to sample and MANY photos to take. I'm excited so stay tuned.
